For Local Students

Step 1: Choose Your Course

Explore our range of courses and select the one that best fits your needs. We offer:

  • Intensive English Programmes

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

Fill out the application form with your personal details and course preferences.

Step 3: Submit Your Documents

Along with the application form, submit the following documents:

  • A copy of your IC
  • Academic transcripts and certificates
  • Proof of English proficiency (if any)

Step 4: Receive Your Offer Letter

If your application is successful, you will receive an offer letter via email. This letter will include details about your course, fees, and next steps.

Step 5: Confirm & Start Your Journey

To confirm your place at ACE Language Centre, follow the instructions in your offer letter to pay the required fees and submit any additional documents.

Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome pack with all the information you need to start your course. We look forward to welcoming you to ACE Language Centre!

For International Students

Step 3: Submit Your Documents

Along with the application form, submit the following documents:

Documentation Required:

1. Completed & Signed ACE Language Centre Registration Form
2. Full Color Copy/Scan of Passport, Including Empty Pages
3. Passport Size Picture with White Background (35mm x 45mm)
4. Academic Certificates / Originals and English Translations
5. High School Results / Originals and English Translations
6. Health Declaration Form for Applicants, Completed & Signed by the Student
7. RM 2700 Registration & Visa Application Fees for Courses with Student Visa

The student visa process will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date of application. You will be able to track your visa application status online at [Education Malaysia](https://www.educationmalaysia.gov.my).

Remark:
Please note that the registration and visa application fees are non-refundable. All documents must be scanned at high resolution (Minimum 200 DPI Scan Resolution).

Step 4: Receive Your eVal Approval Letter

After successfully submitting your application and all necessary documents, you will enter the visa processing stage. As part of this process, you will receive an eVal (electronic Visa Approval Letter) from the Malaysian immigration authorities.

Step 5: Travel to Malaysia

Once you receive your electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL), you are ready to take the next steps to begin your journey to Malaysia and start your studies at ACE Language Centre.

Steps to Travel to Malaysia:

  1. Apply for Your Single Entry Visa (if required):

    • Visit the Malaysian embassy or consulate in your country with your eVAL and other required documents.
    • Submit your application for a Single Entry Visa (SEV), which allows you to enter Malaysia for the first time.
  2. Confirm Your Travel Arrangements:

    • Book your flight to Malaysia, ensuring that your arrival date aligns with the start of your course.
    • Double-check all travel details and ensure you have a valid passport, your eVAL, and your SEV ready for your trip.
  3. Book Airport Clearance & Pickup:

    • Schedule your Airport Clearance and Pickup service with ACE Language Centre. This service ensures a smooth arrival process and transportation from the airport to your accommodation.
    • Confirm the date and time of your arrival with ACE Language Centre to finalize your pickup arrangements.

Additional Tips:

  • Pre-Departure Checklist: Make sure you have all necessary documents, including your passport, eVAL, SEV, offer letter from ACE Language Centre, and any other required paperwork.
  • Travel Insurance: Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during your journey.
  • Contact Information: Keep the contact details of ACE Language Centre handy in case you need assistance upon arrival.
